Description 

Load Rings, often referred to as proving rings are manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy with repeatable elastic deformation characteristics and are used to determine force measurements. Loads are measured with an accuracy of ±0.5% using the included mechanical dial indicator with 0.0001in resolution, and a calibration chart to derive force values based on ring deformation is included. Load Rings are available in seven different capacities ranging from 250 to 10,000lbf, and have mounting hole size is 0.50inx20tpi, making them compatible with Gilson and other manufacturers load frames and direct shear units.
