Yasuda Seiki Test Tube Aging Tester

A Test Tube Aging Tester (or Cell-Type Block Oven) evaluates how heat affects vulcanized rubber, elastomers, plastics, and wire insulation when kept completely isolated from other chemical formulations during testing. It operates similarly to a cell-type aging oven, using individual borosilicate glass tubes suspended inside a precision-heated aluminum heating block to isolate test specimens.

Test Tube Aging Tester is a laboratory testing instrument designed to evaluate the aging characteristics and thermal stability of materials or samples under controlled temperature conditions. • This tester is to evaluate the heat resistance aging characteristics of vulcanized rubber and thermoplastic rubber.
• To prevent the influence of cross staining of additives, maximum of 4 test specimens are to be put into the independent test tube and heated at a specified temperature and specified testing time.
• The tensile strength, cutting stretch, tension stress, and hardness of the test specimens before and after the heating are to be compared to evaluate the heat resistance aging-characteristics.
