Product Introduction

DRK 133 Heat Seal Tester seals the specimen to determine the seal parameters of basic film, laminated films, coating paper and other heat sealing laminated films according to the requirement of relative standards. The seal parameters include heat seal temperature, dwell time, and the pressure of heat seal. Heat seal materials that have different melting point, heat stability, fluidness, and thickness of could show various heat seal properties, which cause obviously different seal technique. Users can obtain standard and accurate heat seal index by DRK 133 Heat Seal Tester.

It is applicable to determine the seal parameters of plastic film, laminated film, paper-plastic composite film, co-extruded film, aluminum laminated films, aluminum foil, aluminum foil composite membrane, etc. The heat-seal surface is flat. Heat seal width can be designed and customized specially according to customer requirements. It also can test different plastic flexible tube.

Slump Test adalah pengujian yang dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat konsistensi dari adonan beton yang baru dibuat sebelum digunakan, Slump test dilakukan untuk mengecek kemampuan beton ketika diaplikasikan pada pembuatan precast, struktur atau bangunan. 
Tujuan dari perlakuan pada campuran / adukan beton ini adalah untuk mencari konsistensi atau kekakuan pada beton segar hasil campuran tersebut dalam menentukan workability beton dan kelayakan beton

It is important to obtain the following items to perform the slump test :
  • Slump Cone : Cone shaped mold that can be made of steel or plastic and should measure 8" (203mm) dia. at base, 4" (102mm) dia. at top and 12" (305mm) high.
  • Base Plate : The slump cone will sit on the base during the test and it should include bolt-on clamps to hold the cone steady during testing. A base plate with a handle will make it easier to remove and can also be used as a guide to measure the slump.
  • Tamping Rod : A steel rod used during testing and should measure .625" (16mm) dia. x 24" (610mm) long.
  • Measuring Tape : Used to measure the slump.
  • Scoop : A round nose scoop with bowl dimensions 8.25" (210mm) length x 5.25" (133mm) width x 3" (76mm) depth.
  • Funnel : An aluminum funnel will assist in filling.
  • Trowel : A forged steel trowel will assist in filling.
